PAV BHAJI RECIPE

For Bhaji
1 medium measurement Cauliflower, florets, फूलगोभी
1 Capsicum, roughly chopped, शिमला मिर्च
½ inch Ginger, slice, अदरक
2-3 Garlic, chopped, लहसुन
Water, पानी
5 medium Potato, cubed, आलू
1 Carrots, pelled, roughly chopped, गाजर
⅓ cup Inexperienced peas, हरी मटर
Salt to style, नमक स्वादानुसार
2-3 tbsp Butter, मक्खन
For Tempering
1 cup Onion, chopped, प्याज
1 ½ cup Tomato, chopped, टमाटर
2-3 Inexperienced chilli, chopped, हरी मिर्च
2-3 tbsp Butter, मक्खन
¼ cup Oil, तेल
½ tbsp Ginger Garlic paste, अदरक लहसुन का पेस्ट
Salt to style, नमक स्वादानुसार
¼ cup recent Tomato puree, ताज़े टमाटर की प्यूरी
1 medium Capsicum, chopped, शिमला मिर्च
1 tbsp Degi crimson chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 tbsp Butter, मक्खन
1 tbsp Ready pav bhaji masala, तैयार किया हुआ पाव भाजी मसाला
Boiled & mashed greens, उबली सब्जियाँ
1 tbsp Butter, मक्खन
2 tbsp Ready pav bhaji masala, तैयार किया हुआ पाव भाजी मसाला
Water, पानी
¼ tsp Sugar, चीनी
1 tbsp Coriander leaves, chopped, धनिया पत्ता
For Toasting Pav
1 tbsp Butter, मक्खन
A pinch of degi crimson chilli powder, देगी लाल मिर्च पाउडर
2 Ladi pav, लादी पाव
For Masala Pav
1 tbsp Butter, मक्खन
Ready Masala
2 Ladi pav, लादी पाव
For Garnish
Onion, chopped, प्याज
Lemon wedge, नींबू की फांक
Butter pav, बटर पाव
Coriander sprig, धनिया पत्ता
Course of
For Bhaji
In a big pot or stress cooker add cauliflower, capsicum, ginger, garlic, water, potato, carrot, inexperienced peas, salt, butter then cowl and prepare dinner till mushy.
Now mash every part correctly with a masher and put aside.
For Tempering
In a big tava or a shallow pan warmth butter, oil then add onion and saute till translucent.
Now add tomatoes, inexperienced chillies, ginger garlic paste, salt and saute till they’re mushy.
Add recent tomato puree and proceed cooking for 6-8 minutes.
Then add capsicum and proceed cooking for an additional 2 minutes. As soon as performed take away 2-3 tbsp masala apart for additional use.
Now, add degi crimson chilli powder, butter, pav bhaji masala and saute for a minute.
Now, add boiled & mashed greens, butter, pav bhaji masala, water, sugar and proceed cooking for an additional 2-3 minutes.
End the pav bhaji with recent coriander leaves and change off the flames.
Serve sizzling with toasted pav, onion, lemon wedges, coriander leaves.
For Toasting Pav
In a sizzling pan add butter degi crimson chilli powder and coat the pav in that inside out and toast it correctly, put aside for additional use.
For Masala Pav
In a sizzling pan add butter, ready masala that was stored apart then coat the pav inside out correctly after which toast it. Put aside for additional use.
