My scrumptious carrot cake recipe is nearly too straightforward to imagine and my gosh is it good! The batter has toasted pecans, shredded carrot (after all), and plenty of spices! The cake could be very moist however under no circumstances oily! Lined in cream cheese frosting and topped with a hoop of cute buttercream carrots!
